Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Your mission

As our CFO, you will take a strategic leadership role, shaping the financial future of our business. You will provide high-level financial oversight, strategic guidance, and actively contribute to our growth objectives. You will also lead financial integration projects, process optimization, system migrations, and support M&A activities.

At Pro4all, we are a dynamic and fast-growing company with over 130 enthusiastic colleagues spread across three countries. Our culture is young, ambitious, and collaborative — and we’re just getting started. You’ll be joining our Finance team, which currently consists of 4 FTE. As we continue to scale — including several acquisitions planned over the next two years — we expect this team to grow significantly. That means you’ll be stepping into a key role at an exciting time of transformation and opportunity.

Your profile

Experienced CFO or senior finance executive with a strong track record in high-growth, international environments. Skilled in financial strategy, systems migration, process optimization and M&A integration.
Proven leader in building and managing international finance teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and improvement while ensuring efficient operations and compliance.
Strategic thinker providing valuable insights, forecasting, and reporting for executive and board decision-making. Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and skilled at navigating complexity. Experienced in M&A, due diligence, structuring, and integration.
Expertise in optimizing financial processes, systems, and policies for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Relevant Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in B2B Software companies
Experience with Private Equity and M&A is a big plus
Fitting a young and dynamic organization
Professional finance qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
Fluent in Dutch and English
