Your mission
As a group of five companies offering multiple software solutions across different markets, we see many opportunities to expand into new segments. To successfully bring these solutions to market, we need well-coordinated Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that align our internal business efforts while ensuring our local product development meets customer needs.
Your profile
In this hybrid role, you will split your time between:
- Product Ownership: Managing the backlog, defining product requirements, performing and analysing customer interviews, and ensuring alignment between development teams and business goals.
- GTM Strategy: Leading GTM initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, development, sales, and marketing to launch products successfully.
This role is ideal for a experienced Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong affinity for market strategy, stakeholder alignment, and project management and execution. The exact split will be determined in collaboration.
As a Product owner- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and define requirements in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the development team to refine user stories and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Align product decisions with business goals, customer feedback, and market needs.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product roadmap discussions.
- Be the voice of the customer, ensuring our software delivers value and usability.
- Align product & commercial teams – Bridge the gap between product, sales, marketing, and customer success for seamless execution.
- Assess and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Develop structured approaches for bringing products to market, covering development, sales enablement, legal, and marketing.
What we’re looking for- 3+ years of experience as a Product manager or Product owner in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer success, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, experience in project management is a must.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Your command of Dutch and English is excellent both verbally and in writing.
