Your mission

At Pro4all, we are looking for a Growth Marketer who is curious, eager to make an impact and wants to work in a fast-growing organization. You will play a key role in setting up, executing and optimizing our international lead generation activities. Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for digital marketing? Your profile

What will you do?

Set up, think along with and analyze experiments and campaigns such as landing pages, referrals, onboarding, viral marketing, whitepapers etc.
Optimize marketing funnels and campaigns to increase conversion rates.
Analyze data and customer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust campaigns.
Collaborate with the international marketing and sales teams to become even better at what we do.
Experimenting with new channels, tools and strategies to continuously optimize lead generation.
Set up and improve marketing automation and CRM processes to effectively follow up on leads.

What do you bring?

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and data analytics (Hubspot, Mixpanel, Customer.io, Cognism).
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
An open and curious mind towards AI tools.
Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude.
Affinity with software, construction and SaaS solutions is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
