Your profile

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je beantwoordt vragen, lost problemen op en biedt technische ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail.
Je legt klantvragen en incidenten zorgvuldig vast in ons systeem.
Je haalt energie uit het meedenken met andere vraagstukken binnen de organisatie dan alleen support.
Je draagt bij aan een steeds betere kennisbank door veelvoorkomende oplossingen vast te leggen.

Wat breng jij mee?

Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding en een flinke dosis nieuwsgierigheid.
Je houdt ervan om te sparren met de klant over creatieve oplossingen binnen het systeem.
Je voelt je net zo thuis in het Nederlands als in het Engels – schrijven én praten gaat je makkelijk af.
Je haalt energie uit het meedenken met andere vraagstukken binnen de organisatie dan alleen support

About us

20 years ago at Pro4all, we embarked on a challenging mission: to digitise construction. Why? Because we saw that, despite all good intentions, costly mistakes were being made and materials unnecessarily wasted.
